I keep having a hard time figuring out which of these Invitations is my favorite. I mean I love the colours and the shapes of this one, who would have thought using Circle Circus for a wedding invitation. But it works, what do you think? The count down is on for my first Demonstrator Workshop and I am very excited, I hope for those who are attending and for those who can't make it but have ordered the To-Go Kit are too.Though the class is now full I am still taking orders for the To-Go Kit, with shipping week of the 22 of February. Farewell Annette, we'll miss your smiling face red cheeks and laughter at lunch.I love the new stamp set Vintage Vogue from Stampin' Up, even better they are now available for clear blocks. There is much debate wood mount vs clear mount, I have no preference other than the containers are much smaller and the stamps are cheaper. I have been using clear mount stamps for awhile now and love the quality so rubber of clear mount either is great by me.I made this card for Annette one of my staff who is leaving her last day is Friday and I am going to miss her very much. She is a fantastic person who works very hard both at her job and her family. She never complains, and is devoted to her two boys and her husband. I will miss her as will the rest of our group, she was a vital part of our team and it will not be the same without her. Thank you Annette for all your hard work over the past few years, you are truly a good friend. For this card I used the Vintage Vogue set along with the jumbo Very Vintage all of which are in the NEW Occasions Mini Catalogue.
Enjoy!

When I was first sent this stamp set as one of the two sets that I was asked to use for my article in Stampin' Success August 2009 seen here, I didn't know what I was going to do. But since then I have used this for two weddings, thank you cards. I love its simple, graceful, elegant lines. It screams for you to use simple cream colours, like off whites, beige's etc. but I wanted to make it bold and bright! By doing so I have shown another way it can be used that is different then what was featured in August 2009 Stampin' Success and the Idea book and Catalogue. Once again showing the versatility of Stampin' Ups stamps, paper and inks.
Featured Stamp Set: Wedding Sweet, Sweet Swirls
Featured Colours: Whisper White, Lavender Lace, Versamark TM and Certainly Celery

I like to call this photo, "Sunshine from the Front Window" everyday the sunrises and streams in and lights up the living room. Holly just loves to have her picture taken, she makes a great subject, I think I took 10 pictures until I got this one but it was worth the wait. I can feel the heat of the sun on her face, she just loves the front window she can enjoy a quick snooze and be nosy which is one of her other pastimes.
Its hard to believe that we are almost our 4th month in our new house and as we settle in I am decorating each room as I go. I can actually say that I am happy with how things have turned out. When we initially picked out this couch set I am sure my husband was wondering what I was thinking. Each time I bought or picked something out I don't think he understood but I had an image in my head and I am very pleased at the end result.Front Foyer Orchids
