Sorry I forgot to post this last January my bad but better late than never. This was the surprise holiday that I did for my husband see his response here , 9 day cruise in the Southern Caribbean, it was fantastic!

At Stingray City - Stingray Swim & Snorkel - Antigua
Protected by the fringing reef, the calm crystal-clear waters are home to many southern stingrays. You'll be assisted and supervised by the qualified staff into the stingray habitat where you'll be able to play with, pet, and perhaps even feed the stingrays.

Virgin Gorda Highlights - Tortola
Take an approximately 40-minute cruise along the Sir Francis Drake Channel to Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda. Open safari buses take you on a 20-minute drive through Spanish Town to The Baths for swimming in the unique atmosphere of mammoth boulders, palms, and sea caves. Travel along the trails and boulders to discover hidden caves and sea pools. Note: Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel. The footpath to The Baths is rough, consists of uneven terrain and goes through small spaces. Snorkel gear can be rented on the beach.
